Paul has represented victims of nursing home abuse who have experienced severe and debilitating pressure sores, infections, and amputations, as well as suffered broken bones, physical abuse, dehydration and malnutrition, medication errors, failure to obtain medical treatment, misplaced feeding tubes, and wrongful death.

Paul is a member of the American Association for Justice and their Nursing Home Litigation Group, where Paul has been invited to speak on numerous occasions regarding issues in elder abuse law. Additionally, Paul is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers.

Paul also represents individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of trucking collisions, automobile collisions, and offshore incidents. Additionally, he represents families who have been injured by defective medical devices and drugs against large pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

Paul graduated law school from Mississippi College with honors in the top 10 percent of his class. While in law school, Paul was Executive Editor of the Mississippi College Law Review and was a member of the Mississippi College Moot Court Board. Paul is licensed to practice law in Mississippi, California, and Arkansas before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as before the United States Supreme Court.
